About Knowledge Infusion

Knowledge Infusion is the recognized consulting authority on human resources and talent management technology solutions that drive human capital management business value. Formed in 2004, we provide strategic management consulting services together with thought leadership, trends, market intelligence, and analysis from the Center of Excellence. Complementing each other, the on-site consulting and Center of Excellence offer an unparalleled source of services and information for the HCM Community with a common goal in mind—maximizing the strategic direction HR has on an organization.

Knowledge Infusion was formed because we saw that organizations were not getting the anticipated value from the millions of dollars spent on their HR applications. We quickly came to realize that this was often not the fault of the technology, but rather that there was no overarching technology strategy guiding outcomes and driving business benefits. With a focus on impacting the business, we believe that HR can become a strategic driver of an organization.

Industry Awards

Knowledge Infusion was recognized by IHRIM as the 2007 Partner of the Year. An award given for significant on-going contributions of time and effort to support IHRIM association goals and for leading activities that add direct and immediate value to IHRIM and the field of HR information management.
 
 
 
HR World recently honored industry stand-outs in its inaugural Top 25 HR Influencers of 2007, naming the Knowledge Infusion Center of Excellence, Center of Excellence Vice President Jason Corsello, and Jason Corsello's Human Capitalist blog to the list of luminaries. HR World cites the Center of Excellence's innovative use of technology to bring together a community of HCM technology users and provide metrics and analysis on the advantages—and disadvantages—of using HRIS tools.
 
In 2006, Jason Averbook received the Human Capital Management HR Leader Award based on dedication and commitment to driving positive outlook in the HR industry, as well as leading the charge in empowering HR professionals to use technology to drive true results in their respective businesses.
