Biography:
Jason Corsello is Vice President of the Knowledge Infusion Center of Excellence. In this role, Jason leads the company’s newest service offering, providing thought leadership, intelligence, and best practices to the HCM community. His expertise in enterprise software and service delivery strategies augments existing consulting services and brings Knowledge Infusion clients a new level of value. Jason comes to Knowledge Infusion as a recognized leader in innovative technologies and Human Capital research and analysis. Corsello was most recently a research director at Yankee Group, leading the company’s Human Capital Management and Talent Management advisory and consulting services. Prior to joining Yankee Group, Corsello directed marketing, product management and product strategy at two leading enterprise software firms. In those roles, Corsello developed go-to-market plans, product road map methodologies and strategic partnerships with leading software companies, including Microsoft. Corsello has also developed and launched enterprise-class solutions that have been successfully deployed at leading Fortune 1000 companies, such as Dell Computer, Sun Microsystems, and Network Appliance. Corsello’s background also includes more than six years of industry experience at Solectron Corporation, a Fortune 200 company, where he worked with Global 2000 clients in developing their outsourced manufacturing and supply chain strategies. Corsello is an active participant in the HCM community, the author of the award-winning Human Capitalist Blog, and a frequent presenter and expert panelist at industry events. Corsello is often quoted as a leading expert in human capital management and his research has been featured in leading publications including The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and CIO magazine. Corsello holds a B.B.A. degree in business administration in management and marketing from the University of San Diego.
