Larry Dunivan has more than 20 years experience in the design, implementation, and support of human resource information systems. An M.B.A. graduate of the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, he is a regular speaker and blogger on Human Capital Management technology topics.

Currently Senior Vice President of Global Human Capital Management Products at Lawson, Larry is responsible for sales, services, product strategy, and development for all of the company’s HR products.

He’s been a software guy his whole life except for a brief stint in corporate IT at Best Buy Stores (at the time, his daughter thought he'd be working the cash register!). He worked at Lawson from 1995 to 2001 and rejoined the company in 2005, after holding positions at Personnel Decisions International    (PDI).

Larry's thought leadership in HCM technology has been    centered around the use of core HR systems-of-record as the platform for integrated talent management, one of the primary reasons he returned to Lawson in October, 2005.
