Wanted to make sure all saw this article from Workforce Magazine and a survey put on by IHRIM.  This is important data and from a Knowledge Infusion standpoint are very curious as to the results of this survey.  A few points and questions:

• What are people SPENDING on?
• Is this new SPENDING or maintenance SPENDING?
• What will the SPENDING result in as far as helping organizations save during a deep recession?
• Do you believe SPENDING will remain steady?
• HR has been consistently terrible at showing value of HR Technology SPEND?  Do you think executives will continue to hold SPENDING steady based on past results?
• Do you believe these results?  I would say they are deeply questionable at best...

These are important questions that will impact our entire industry for the next 2-3 years.  What are your thoughts?
