I like that you are balancing your guest list between technology insiders and HCM practitioners. It's important that we expand the conversation to keep this venue from becoming a vendor/analyst mutual admiration society.
Now if we can just get these two factions to have more conversations with each other outside of a sales context, maybe Talent Management software vendors can advance more quickly toward achieving the true potential that their customer organizations are demanding.

Andy, that is absolutely the intention. As you can see from the somewhat tentative schedule on the right column of the Radio Show home page, we are varying practitioners, consultants and vendors. Pretty much in lockstep. They do all talk to each other at HR Technology, but certainly not frequently enough or at other places. Perhaps they will more here.
