As speakers in the video have highlighted, Social Networking is going to change the HR in two ways - 1. offering immense opportunities to HR to connect to people who have the required skill (by looking at their blogs, profiles, and a large number of information available) 2. Offering 'candidates' ability to connect directly to their prospective bosses, share their acumen with those who require it etc. etc. etc.

 

And all this is going to revolutionize the way people work and look at their organization. Internet is offering choices to everybody! HR has to think - 'Am I one among the choices? Is my technology in-line?"
