Some of these may be saving you money too :). The best thing your HR tool can do for you is to patch the holes in your balance sheet.
3. It is important to take care of your most important asset - Employees, NOW!. They are the one who designed your success. Only 'They' can help you stand firmly even now. So give them opportunity to help you, by allowing them to unleash their creativity to row the boat better, using a better 'row'.
