When the Federal Reserve Chairman speaks, people usually listen because it effects the thing that drives world business most, the US economy.

Ben Bernanke called for immediate action around the overwhelming retirement of baby boomers which should be a huge wake up call to HR around talent management, succession planning/management and an overall concern about the demographic of their workforce.

Bernanke calls for a major economic slowdown if action isn't taken in a short period of time.  Lets use this as a rallying cry and continue our NO PARKING/TAKE ACTION call for 2007.
