The portal pendulum has stopped and role based, personalization is where we will be headed in 2007 and beyond.# On-Demand/ASP Delivery Models Become The Norm: People are no longer afraid of the ATM and organizations are becoming less scared of on-demand, ASP, and hosting. In 2007, organizations will continue to gain confidence in these technology delivery vehicles.# Radical Technologies enter the world of HCM: Blogs, Wikis, RSS Feeds - 2007 will be the beginning of when organizations realize these technologies as an emerging trend that will last into the infinite future in helping HR and the entire organization communicate.# Continued Shift from Single Product Deployments: Whether ERP or Best of Breed, organizations will be deploying holistic business processes, not just a single applications.
