That is how Bill Kutik refers to Naomi Bloom.  For those of you that are regular readers of this blog, I am sure you know Naomi Bloom.    For those of you that don't, Naomi is practically responsible for many of the HR technology products you see on the market, either directly or indirectly.

Tune into this week to the Bill Kutik Radio Show to hear Naomi in action.  What I love about Naomi is that 1) she has an opinion and is not afraid to be very forthright in sharing (that's what you pay consultants for, right?) 2) when she is wrong (luckily it is not very often) she is also willing to admit it (what was that prediction about HR outsourcing again, Naomi) and 3) she is very giving in guiding and mentoring many in the industry.

Although I will miss Naomi on the analyst panel at the HR Technology Conference in two weeks, I know my seat will be kept warm for some fun wrangling next year.
