I’m obsessed with how technology impacts the science that is talent management. In fact, I’m so obsessed, I founded a company just to help leaders in HR figure out how to be successful using technology to support their processes and empower their people.
I have extraordinary access to some of the brightest minds in the human resource and talent management field and I get the constant delight of sitting face to face with people who lead incredibly successful organizations. They understand the limitless power of their people and they are smart enough to know they need technology to support the empowering processes they design. We sit together to brainstorm, to enlighten each other and sometimes (hopefully) to laugh.
This blog is my outlet to share these experiences with you. Think of it as an endless interview with people you’d love to have a drink with. Let’s pick their brains, let’s draw on the napkin – let’s spend some time figuring this stuff out.
As much as I love the people I encounter in the real world, I’m equally enthralled with the great minds right here in our virtual world.
