Heidi Spirgi is President and co-founder of Knowledge Infusion. As one of the foremost thought leaders in leveraging technology to transform talent management processes, Heidi is responsible for leading Knowledge Infusion’s corporate development efforts including the development and execution of its strategy working closely with all functions of the organization, helping to grow the firm into the recognized leader in delivering HR and talent management services to more than 350 global clients today.
Heidi has over 15 years of experience in HR and talent management. In addition to her leadership role at Knowledge Infusion, she has worked with over 200 organizations helping them build and execute strategies designed to transform the way HR services are delivered and talent is managed. Prior to founding Knowledge Infusion, Heidi held leadership roles at PeopleSoft where she was responsible for the HCM strategy for the financial services, manufacturing and retail verticals, and for launching the performance and learning products. In addition, Heidi helped guide and deploy global HR technology solutions while at Seagate Technology and Swiss Bank Corporation in Zurich.
Heidi frequently authors thought leadership articles and speaks at conferences on the topic of HR and talent management trends, strategy, and technology. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and a Masters from UCLA.
