Cassie Fireman-Barajas is Chief Performance Officer of Knowledge Infusion. Cassie is responsible for ensuring optimal performance of Knowledge Infusion’s people, process, and technology linked to customer satisfaction and financial objectives. With her deep HR leadership experience, Cassie also consults with Knowledge Infusion clients to help them transform HR into a key strategic driver in their organization.

Cassie has over 15 years of HR and talent management experience, most recently serving as Vice President of Talent at Echelon Resorts where she was responsible for developing the organizational vision and strategies for the $4.8 billion resort in Las Vegas. Prior to joining Echelon, she served as the Vice President of Talent for Borgata in Atlantic City, NJ where she was responsible for all facets of human resources, including the recruitment, on-boarding, and engagement of 8,000 associates. Cassie is a graduate of Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and holds a Senior Professional certification in Human Resources.
